DESCRIPTION:We are excited to announce the start of a new Dialectical Behavioral Therapy Group at Delta Health! Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) is an evidence-based form of therapy that was created to help people improve emotional regulation\, foster stronger relationships with others\, and build coping skills to more effectively manage stressful situations.\n\nThis group is built for adults who are 18 years or older who may have difficulty controlling difficult emotions\, maintaining effective relationships with others\, and/or those who have difficulty managing stressful situations.\n\nTo sign up\, please call the Delta Health Behavioral Health Center at 970.874.6008.\n• Meeting location: The group will meet at the Urgent Care and Behavioral Health Building\, 70 Stafford lane.• Duration and length: The group will meet on a weekly basis for 6 weeks from 9/19/24-10/24/24• Time: The group will meet from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM on Thursday evenings.
