DESCRIPTION:Delta Health is excited to announce the creation of the Patient and Family Advisory Council (PFAC). PFAC is a partnership and monthly meeting with patients\, family members\, caregivers and Delta Health healthcare staff. The goal of the meetings is to seek and learn the patient and family perspective of care so that we can improve the overall patient experience at Delta Health and our Clinics. \nJoin us at our first PFAC meeting happening on Thursday\, October 15th at 5:45PM in Classrooms A&B in the Main Hospital Building located at 1501 E 3rd Street in Delta\, CO.
