SUMMARY:Patient and Family Advisory Council Meeting
DESCRIPTION:The Delta Health Patient and Family Advisory Council (PFAC) is a partnership and monthly meeting with patients\, family members\, caregivers and Delta Health healthcare staff. The goal of the meetings is to seek and learn the patient and family perspective of care so that we can improve the overall patient experience at Delta Health and our Clinics. \nPFAC meetings take place on the FIRST THURSDAY of every month at 5:45PM in the Mesa Lake Classroom located at 100 Stafford Lane in Delta\, CO (the Grand Mesa Oncology Building). Meetings are approximately one hour long. \nA light dinner and beverage will be provided!
