Delta, CO (August 4, 2025) – Delta Health is pleased to announce the relocation of the Delta Health Outpatient Therapies and Sports Performance Clinic to 70 Stafford Lane, the former Delta Health Pulmonology and Urgent Care location. This move is effective Monday, August 18, 2025.
“The move of our Rehabilitation Clinic has been in the works for a long time, and we are excited to see it come to fruition for our patients and staff,” said Jonathan Cohee, MHA, OT, and Chief Executive Officer for Delta Health.
Not only is the new location larger, but there is improved parking and will allow all of Delta Health’s Rehabilitation services to be housed in one central location including Occupational Therapy, Lymphedema, and Speech and Language Pathology.
“We want to thank our amazing patients for their continued patronage and confidence in the Delta Health Rehabilitation team which contributed to making this move to an expanded clinic space possible,” said Manuel Delgado, MS, PT, Director of Outpatient Therapies and Sports Performance at Delta Health. “We can’t wait to work with our patients in this new larger space, that will allow our team of therapists to continue to successfully rehabilitate our patients, and helping them get them back to living the life they love.”
Starting on August 18, the clinics located inside Building D at 70 Stafford Lane on the Delta Health campus will be:

- Delta Health Occupational Therapy
- Delta Health Lymphedema Therapy
- Delta Health Speech and Language Pathology
- Delta Health Home Health
