Practical heart health – covering blood pressure, essential screenings, everyday lifestyle choices, and chair exercises. There will also be a live Q&A with Clinicians. Meet every other month on the second Tuesday to hear from community professionals and to receive information about programs and volunteer needs in our community, and how they affect you.
All first-time attendees and regular attendees who bring a first-time attendee will be entered into a drawing for a $50 gift card. Please RSVP by calling 970-874-2291.
