Patient and Family Advisory Council Meeting

Delta Health is excited to announce the creation of the Patient and Family Advisory Council (PFAC). PFAC is a partnership and monthly meeting with patients, family members, caregivers and Delta Health healthcare staff. The goal of the meetings is to seek and learn the patient and family perspective of care so that we can improve the overall patient experience at Delta Health and our Clinics.
