Delta, CO (September 7, 2023) – Delta Health is excited to invite the community to a special hospital and community benefit and engagement event. Join us as we celebrate the invaluable bond between our hospital and the community it serves.

The evening will kick off with a short presentation, shedding light on the hospital’s future plans regarding hospital community benefit activities and hospital transformation program measures, but most importantly, we want to offer this time as a platform for community members and stakeholders to share insights, feedback, and collaborate on improving the health and wellness of our community. Your perspective and contributions are invaluable to the community, and we believe your participation in this event will significantly enhance our discussions and outcomes.
Attendees of the presentation will also have exclusive opportunities to win fantastic prizes. Please note: to be eligible to win, you must be present during the presentation.
