Together, they have built a beautiful blended family of four children and two grandchildren, and their household includes an adorable miniature schnauzer named Addison. Jonathan and Stefanie enjoy activities such as running, biking, skiing, pickleball, tennis, and golf.
“I promised to serve as CEO until we found a person who embodies our values, believes in our goals, and cares about our people. I believe we have found that person,” said Huffman. “Jon will be the first to tell you that the Admin Team and I have not held back. We have put him through his paces these past six months and ‘kicked his tires,’ so to speak. We have had some brutally honest conversations and we have watched him carefully – how he handles conflict, how he leads his teams, how he motivates and celebrates, how he practices what he preaches, how he makes difficult decisions and has difficult conversations, how he understands the healthcare landscape, how he uses that knowledge to strategize to our advantage, and most importantly – how he cares about this place and our people. We believe without hesitation that he is the right person to lead our hospital system forward, and our Board of Directors agrees.”
Cohee’s extensive experience in healthcare management and his passion for patient-centered care position him well to lead Delta Health through its next chapter of growth and innovation.
“I am honored and excited to take on the role of CEO at Delta Health,” said Cohee. “We have an incredible team dedicated to providing the best possible care to our patients, and I look forward to continuing our work to enhance service access and improve health outcomes for our community.”
