Tai Chi Class Coming in August to Cedaredge for People with Balance Issues
Tai Chi “Moving For Better Balance”, is an evidence-based fall prevention class designed for people with balance issues that begins in August in Cedaredge, announced Linda Bull and Brook Loucks, physical therapists for Delta Health.
The Tai Chi class requires as 12 week commitment and a fee of $1.00 per class to cover the cost of the building, beginning Monday, August 22, 2016, and will be held 9:30-10:30 a.m. Monday, Wednesday and Friday’s at Stole Shed, Pioneer Town, Cedaredge. Class size is limited so sign up soon.
There will also be a strength and aerobic conditioning class which will be held Monday Wednesday and Friday 8:30 – 9:30 at the Stole Shed, Cedaredge. Beginning August 22nd. No sign up is required for this free class which is provided to the community by Delta Health.
