Biography: Hi, I’m Dan. I’m originally from Upstate NY, and have been living in Colorado since 2003. I provide patient care and coordination for folks in our hospital, and work with community partners to connect patients with therapeutic and social resources. I am passionate about meeting patients where they are at, offering unconditional support and acceptance while walking alongside them on their healthy change process. I love working at Delta Health because of the supportive and positive work culture, and because we understand that in 2023, emotional health is a large part of one's health. I am grateful to serve our teams and community, and consistently seek opportunities to improve our services and my ability to care for our patients’ needs.
