To keep our community up to date with the Delta Health Home Health pending closure, Delta Health has informed the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment of the decision to close the agency no later than October 31, 2026. The agency has begun by notifying all of our current patients of the closure.
We remain committed to care for current patients and, as needed, persons who need care that we can provide safely. Delta Health is working with the agencies in the area, including Volunteers Of America National Services (VOANS), as our patients make their choice for on-going care.
We will keep the community updated during this process.
