Delta, CO (August 4, 2025) – Delta Health is pleased to announce the relocation of the Delta Health Pulmonology Clinic to 296 Stafford Lane, the former Delta Health Rehabilitation location. This move is effective Monday, August 18, 2025.
“The new location allows us to expand in space for Pulmonology, while our dedicated staff to continue to provide high quality care for our patients,” said Jonathan Cohee, MHA, OT, and Chief Executive Officer for Delta Health. “Our Pulmonologists evaluate, diagnose and provide treatment and management of adult patients with common respiratory diseases such as asthma, sleep apnea, pulmonary embolisms, and more.”
The Pulmonology clinic relocation is part of a multi-clinic move to better utilize space on the Delta Health campus while continuing to provide critical services for patients.
Starting on August 18, the clinics located inside Building A at 296 Stafford Lane on the Delta Health campus will be:
- Delta Health Pulmonology
- Delta Health Pediatrics
- Delta Health Family Medicine
- Delta Health Urgent Care
